Newbury Ball Park Newbury’s park offers a spacious shaded picnic and play area as well as a pavilion that will seat approximately 50 people. The pavilion can be booked for a minimal fee that will include hydro, water and public facilities. Newbury Waste Water Treatment Plant Completed and fully operating in November 2001.
