Notice of Election

All voting will take place in Council Chambers at the Municipal Services Office,

22910 Hagerty Road, Newbury.

ARE YOU ON THE VOTERS’ LIST?

You are welcome to drop in or call the Municipal Services Office at 519-693-4941

to see if you are on the Voter’s List. If you need to be added to the list, update or

change any information, you need to come to the office in person and complete an

EL15 form. You need to bring a piece of identification that shows your full name,

date of birth and address (e.g. Drivers’ Licence). The Clerk’s Office is open

Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Vote by Proxy - If you are unable to vote on either of the two days you may vote by

Proxy (appoint another person to vote on your behalf). Forms and information on

the process are available at the Municipal Services Office.

Reeve Diane Brewer has been acclaimed. The Trustees for the London

District Catholic School Board, Conseil Scolaire Viamonde and Conseil

Scolaire Catholique Providence are also acclaimed.

Offices for Election are Newbury Municipal Councillors and Trustees for

Thames Valley District School Board. Candidate information is listed on the

reverse.
